  • Participate in large-scale projects in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain.
  • Understand and document business processes and workflows, and define how they are reflected in current and future software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.
  • Work with PMs, Technical Leads and technical teams to design optimal solutions, including application mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes. 
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS) and user guides.
  • Create and perform system tests.
  • Conduct business/process analysis and provide insights to support project and management decisions.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Your Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance - Banking or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication and time-management skills.
  • Good command of either English or Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Experience with large-scale web applications, system interfaces, and data integration.
  • Experience writing BRD/SRS, process documentation and reports, and Business Process Modeling (decision tables/trees, data flows).
  • Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience working with international clients, Hong Kong/ Taiwan is a plus.
