1. Daily Operations

• Support the sales team in managing contracts and communication with the factory when needed.
• Assist the Sales Manager in updating weekly reports and preparing customer contracts.

2. Reporting System

• Compare data from the Sales and Accounting departments on a monthly basis.
• Update the payment term list of new customers and revise payment terms for existing customers to the Accounting team.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of data for monthly sales reports.

3. Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in FMCG and/or beauty product sales support is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
