We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Booking Coordinator to manage quote requests, vendor pricing, agent coordination, and import documentation. This role ensures smooth booking execution and timely communication with clients and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing & Quotations: Receive quote requests from clients or the sales team, request rates from agents and vendors, enter costs into FreiFo Pricing, and prepare quotations for sales team approval.
• Booking & Coordination: Collaborate with overseas agents to execute bookings, monitor milestones, and deliver continuous status updates to clients.
• Exception & Cut-off Management: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with agents promptly to meet strict carrier cut-off times.
• Documentation & Data Entry: Review and cross-check Bill of Lading (BL) drafts against system data and client instructions, approving drafts with agents once verified.
• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate system records by archiving email correspondence, quotation files, and updating quotation and booking statuses in real time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, import operations, booking, or logistics coordination.
• Basic understanding of import shipment procedures, freight quotations, booking processes, and shipping documentation (BL, arrival notice, etc.).
• Experience working with overseas agents, carriers, vendors, and internal Sales/Operations teams is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, especially email and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and carrier cut-off times.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with freight forwarding or logistics systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

  Working hours:
• From Monday to Friday (03:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
