Responsibilities:

• Study sampling and production statistics and work methods, review line balancing, production costs and process efficiency to make recommendations for continuous improvements.

• Develop and design work aids, flows and methodologies, as well as collaborate with other departments to define workmanship standards.

• Evaluate and Implement effective IE tools, equipment and systems, and lead projects on machines modification / factory automation / production layout to reduce production costs/SAM.

• Participate projects for data-driven optimization and operations re-engineering.

• Provide training to junior IE on improving production operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Manufacturing/Industrial/Systems Engineering or related discipline.

• 3+ years experience in IE management of apparel manufacturing industry, relating to production is preferred.

• Understand outer/sports wears production workflow and able to construct operation breakdown with standard time (SMV) is an advantage.

• Having knowledge of down filling/seam taping/bonding operations is an advantage but not a must.

• Possess GSD certificate is preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Good MS office skills and computer applications related to data analysis.

• Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.

• Hands-on and details-oriented work approach.
