Tuyển dụng HSE Supervisor (LSP) tại Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu

• Report to the HSE Lead/Project Manager and coordinate daily HSE activities with the project team.

• Implement and monitor the HSE Management System, procedures, and plans in compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safe working practices.

• Monitor workers’ compliance with HSE requirements, including PPE, Permit to Work (PTW), and other applicable safety procedures.

• Monitor subcontractors’ HSE performance and report non-compliance to the HSE Lead/Project Manager

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training to raise workers’ safety awareness.

• Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and conditions; support investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Promote environmental protection, proper waste management, and compliance with project environmental requirements.

• Stop unsafe work when necessary, promptly report hazards, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant personnel.

• Maintain HSE records and documentation, prepare daily/periodic reports, coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned by the HSE Lead/Project Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor or higher Degree.

• Specialization in Labor safety or other relevant safety fields.

• Understand safety and construction issues

• Understand of the Vietnamese Government, labor laws and environment preservation laws.

• 02- 03 years of experience in safety activities of projects or construction.

• English level: Communication

• Computer skills: Master in Word, Excel, the Internet and Outlook Express.

• Training courses: Courses in HSE management, monitoring skills, training skills,
