1. The focal point for developing, reviewing and proposing adjustments to internal policies, regulations and processes related to funding activities, liquidity management, Asset and Liability management.

2. The focal point for proposing plans, implementing and monitoring the implementation of the approved funding plan.

3. The focal point for researching, proposing and implementing liquidity management, Asset and Liability management measures.

4. The focal point for organizing the implementation of reports related to funding, liquidity management, Asset and Liability management activities.

5. Contact with partners on new issuance, adjustment and extension of interbank transaction limits, receipt of deposits from organizations, issuance of Certificate of Deposit, bonds, etc.

6. Contact with regulatory agencies, professional organizations and associations on regulations related to Funding activities and liquidity management.

7. The focal point for monitoring, evaluating and proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of mobilized funds and ensure liquidity safety.

8. Coordinate with relevant units in the process of developing funding plans to ensure funds for planned activities.

9. Guiding and training relevant personnel in professional knowledge related to Funding and liquidity management activities.

10. The focal point for updating information related to regulations of regulatory agencies and market fluctuations affecting funding activities and Asset and Liability management.

11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head / Deputy Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Have knowledge of regulations related to funding activities; liquidity management and Asset and Liability management of credit institutions;

 Knowledge of the general principles, regulations and guidelines on accounting regime;

 Knowledge of financial leasing and banking services, funding activities, liquidity management, Asset and Liability management of Credit Institutions;

 Ability of reading and understanding financial statements;

 Analytical, synthesis and problem solving skills;

 Skills to present documents and develop internal rules, processes and guidelines on funding activities, liquidity management, Asset and Liability management.

 Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

 Ability to work as a team player.

 Ability to organize and prioritize.

 Computer proficiency: Proficient in Word and Excel.

 English Proficiency at work.
