About The Position

We're on the hunt for a visionary

Senior Creative Producer to join our

Hanoi-based Arena of Valor (AoV) Esports Team. As the mastermind behind our content creation, you'll be orchestrating the production process for our Esports tournaments, crafting captivating visuals and stories that resonate with gamers worldwide.

Mô tả công việc

Creative Production

Manage and coordinate creative production for major tournaments and offline events, including VI, KV, trailers, photoshoots, reality content, stage promotions, MOTW, and recap materials; ensure quality, timelines, and brand consistency.

Event & BTL Execution

Plan and execute offline events and BTL activities such as fan meetings, watch parties, Super Week, and Grand Final; handle event logistics, vendor coordination, on-site management, and merchandise execution.

IMC Planning & Reporting

• Support overall IMC planning in line with marketing objectives; coordinate execution across channels and prepare post-campaign reports under the Marketing Lead’s guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, design, video editing, legal, purchasing, development, etc.) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• At least 4 years of experience in creative planning and production for marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand standards.
• Creative production experience with a proven track record of crafting compelling stories, experience in Gaming/sports content or Esports content is an advantage (key contents such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...).
• Super passionate about Gaming/MOBA. Being an esports enthusiast is a strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
• Language: Fluent in English (must-have) and Chinese is a plus.
