Tuyển dụng Health, Safety & Environment Officer tại Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu

Work Location

• From now until May 2027: Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An Province (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1).

• From November 2026 onwards: Chau Duc, BRVT.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations and company safety standards.

• Conduct safety inspections and identify unsafe behaviors, equipment, working conditions, and potential hazards.

• Provide safety training and guidance to employees, especially new workers.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering/Maintenance, and relevant departments on risk assessments and corrective actions.

• Investigate workplace accidents/incidents and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

• Monitor and operate the wastewater treatment system and report any issues promptly.

• Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and other required documentation.

• Support the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and improvement programs.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or higher in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Safety, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE position.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; plastic manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

• Able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
