1. SHE Management System & Compliance

• Implement and maintain SHE procedures, standards and programs.

• Monitor compliance with applicable SHE legal requirements and company standards.

• Maintain SHE records, documentation and reporting.

• Support internal and external SHE audits and follow up corrective actions.

2. Risk Assessment & Safety Improvement

• Conduct and update workplace risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls.

• Perform regular workplace inspections and identify unsafe conditions/behaviors.

• Follow up corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce SHE risks.

3. Incident & Near-Miss Management

• Participate in and support investigation of incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.

• Identify root causes and propose corrective/preventive actions.

• Track actions to completion and share lessons learned across the organization.

4. SHE Training & Safety Culture

• Deliver SHE induction and training programs for employees and contractors.

• Support safety campaigns, toolbox talks and employee engagement activities.

• Promote proactive reporting of hazards, near misses and unsafe conditions.

• Coach employees and contractors on SHE requirements and safe working practices.

5. Environmental Management

• Monitor environmental activities including waste/hazardous waste, chemicals, air emissions, noise and environmental monitoring.

• Maintain environmental records and support required reporting.

• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce environmental impact and ensure compliance.

6. Occupational Health

• Support occupational health programs and workplace health risk assessments.

• Coordinate required occupational health monitoring and follow-up actions.

7. Operational Safety

• Support and monitor Contractor Safety and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.

• Monitor PPE requirements, availability and proper usage.

• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills and emergency response arrangements.

• Provide day-to-day SHE advice and support to production and other functions.

Decision Making & Accountability

• Make day-to-day SHE decisions within assigned responsibilities and escalate significant risks when required.

• Accountable for effective execution and follow-up of assigned SHE activities.

• Work closely with operations to ensure SHE requirements are practically implemented on the shop floor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Engineer’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering or related field.

• Around 5-7 years of SHE/EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Practical knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, SHE audits, contractor safety and environmental management.

• Knowledge of relevant Vietnam SHE/environmental legal requirements is preferred.

• Good communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with production teams.

• English communication skills suitable for working in an international manufacturing environment.
