Role Overview

Lead the sales training and capability development strategy for BIDV MetLife’s Bancassurance sales force and BIDV distribution network. Build a strong training team and scalable learning and coaching solutions to strengthen sales capability, productivity, sales quality, customer experience, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute nationwide sales training and capability development plans aligned with business priorities, channel needs, and identified capability gaps.

- Curriculum & Capability Development: Design and standardize competency frameworks, learning pathways, training programs, and certification standards for frontline sales teams, sales managers, and relevant BIDV customer segments.

- Trainer Development & Management: Build and lead a high-performing training team through effective recruitment, development, performance management, Train-the-Trainer programs, and trainer certification standards.

- Sales Capability & Coaching: Implement capability assessments, coaching frameworks, and targeted interventions to strengthen sales effectiveness, management capability, sales quality, and customer experience.

- Digital & Blended Learning: Drive effective use of LMS, blended learning, digital platforms, and AI-enabled learning solutions to improve learning accessibility, scalability, and effectiveness.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with BIDV, Bancassurance and channel leaders, MetLife regional/global teams, and external providers to identify capability needs and deliver relevant learning solutions.

- Governance & Business Impact: Manage the training budget and governance, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and impact on sales and business performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales training, learning and development, sales capability development, or sales support, preferably within insurance, bancassurance, banking, or financial services.

- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a training or sales capability function, including strategy, team development, governance, and budget management.

- Proven experience in building and developing training teams and delivering large-scale capability programs for nationwide sales organizations.

- Strong expertise in sales training, competency frameworks, learning pathways, coaching, and capability development.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, planning, execution, change management, and problem-solving skills.

- Good written and spoken English, with strong PowerPoint, Excel, and project management skills.

- Experience with LMS, blended learning, learning analytics, and AI-enabled learning solutions is an advantage.
