Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with vendors and mills to expedite the process and comments for correct color execution

• Evaluate lab dip, strike-off, yarn skein, and bulk color submissions visually

• Engage with merchandising teams, vendors, and mills for urgent requests

• Release color comments to vendors and mills

• Discuss and formulate solutions with mills, dyeing houses, printers, or vendors in case of any development or production issues

• Preview and comment on all production shade bands and confirm in line with the approved shade lot swatches from the customer

• Communicate with the customer for technical solutions in color approval

• Manage and purchase Pantone standards with customer season color palettes

• Regular review with key vendors and mills on their technical limitations

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or above in Textile, Fashion, Color Technology, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in color management, color approval, textile dyeing, printing, or coloration within the apparel, textile, sourcing, or manufacturing industry

• Solid knowledge of color development processes, including lab dips, strike-offs, yarn dyeing, shade bands, and bulk color approval

• Familiarity with color standards, color measurement principles, and industry best practices in color consistency and color quality management

• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify color-related issues and work collaboratively with vendors, mills, dye houses, and internal stakeholders to drive solutions

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Good command of written and spoken English
