This position is based in Binh Duong.

• Supervise daily reception operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
• Ensure accurate guest billing and charges for services
• Manage room assignments to support smooth operational flow
• Lead, train, and motivate reception team members
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Handle cash transactions, billing processes, and daily reconciliations
• Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of guest information
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff
• Enforce the policies, procedures, and service standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
• Develop a strong understanding of the Ascott Star Rewards program and ensure timely updates and alignment following the Cluster
• Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager from time to time.
• Participate in any Guest Service initiatives and projects.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry with 1 year in a supervisor role

English communication skills (Chinese is a plus)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

• Possess good public relations and presentation skills.
• Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential.
• Must possess knowledge of PC software
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
