• Will be trained in Lean principles and methodologies such as 5S, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Support Lean staff in implementing Lean/CI Staff and improvement projects across production and related departments.
• Participate in process observation and data collection to help identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and organizing internal Lean training programs for local employees.
• Assist in reviewing and updating Lean training materials according to specific customer requirements.
• Cooperate with QA and other departments in process evaluation activities to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in PDCA activities, machine testing, and new technology evaluation for supporting official executives.
• Support the collection and analysis of operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing basic reports for CI managers.
• Support the YIC 3rd Factory Project (Quy Ninh) through assigned administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain follow-up records and basic equipment management documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor's degree. Majors in Garment manufacturing or Industrial Management are preferred.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous environment.
• LEAN knowledge and practice experience if any.
• Language: Proficient in spoken and written English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
