- The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is primarily responsible for projecting and analyzing financial results. This individual will be the key consolidation for the financial package, lead the financial analysis and management reporting processes for the business unit and legal entity.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

− Reporting to FP&A Controller and serve as the point of contact for Financial Reporting and Systems.

− Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

− Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.

− Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

− Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the spending aligned with financial plans and strategic objectives.

− Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

− Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

− Enhance efficiency and accuracy by driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

− Collaborate with Internal control to ensure the control framework within FP&A scope is fully implemented.

− Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of always do the right things, continuous learning and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment − Bachelor’s degree – Economics (Accounting, Finance). MBA is a plus.

Requirement

Professional background − Having a minimum of 4-year experience in FP&A and/or financial roles, which FMCG are preferred.

− Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.

− Demonstrate efficient project planning techniques including goal setting, work step milestones, priority balancing and work simplification.

− Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

− Proficiency in working knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of the FMCG business environment and dynamics on product distribution is a plus.

− Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and/ or local language

− Processes knowledge of key computer software packages (i.e. SAP, Fusion, BPC) and is proficient in pulling data from these packages for use in relevant analysis

− Masters of Microsoft Excel (expert level) and Power Point
