2. Job Description

- Participate in financial and operational control reviews at member units; assess each unit's compliance with Group regulations and its operating performance.

- Take part in preparing the Group's consolidated financial statements under VAS and IFRS; review the accounting and tax figures of member units, reconcile data, and detect and trace discrepancies.

- Analyze financial data, identify risks, evaluate the operating performance of member units, and propose corrective actions to Group management.

- Participate in projects to improve the Group's internal regulations and processes.

- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

3. Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in audit, internal control, accounting, or corporate finance.

- Solid command of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and the principles of financial statement consolidation.

- Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, large-dataset handling, data reconciliation).

- Good English reading comprehension of professional/technical materials.

4. Preferred Requirements

- Audit experience at a Big4 firm or a reputable independent audit firm.

- Hands-on experience directly preparing or reviewing group-level consolidated financial statements.

- Experience in financial control, internal audit, or finance within a group or a multi-entity organization.

- Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS, or converting statements from VAS to IFRS.

- Holding (or currently pursuing) ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.

5. Skills & Attributes

- Analytical thinking: interpret figures, test reasonableness, spot discrepancies, and trace root causes.

- Ability to synthesize information, write reports, and present issues clearly to management.

- Able to work independently and proactively, and to perform under pressure during closing/consolidation periods.

- Careful with figures; quick to adapt to new requirements and regulations.
