About the Role

Our client is a real estate development company working on a large urban development project in Thai Binh, Vietnam. The company is looking for a Finance Supervisor with strong finance and accounting skills to check financial work, manage daily operations, and guide team members. The role involves working directly with managers and the parent company.

Key Responsibilities

- Check payment documents, bank and cash transactions, cash reports, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and proper approval.

- Review draft contracts related to design, construction, and consulting, as well as payment documents for site clearance compensation.

- Prepare and review budget and funding plans, monitor cash flow, and prepare monthly budget -reports.

- Check financial statements, management reports, financial reports, and monthly and annual tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Work with banks on payments, transfers, deposits, and loan documents, and ensure bank records are properly maintained.

- Plan and coordinate Board of Directors meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders. Prepare and check meeting invitations, voting forms, minutes, resolutions, and other required documents.

- Work with other departments to complete document signing and keep company records properly filed.

- Guide and check the work of finance team members to ensure tasks and reports are completed accurately and on time.

- Work directly with Korean managers, the parent company, and other departments on financial reports and daily work.

- Prepare documents for audits and tax inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and Vietnamese accounting, tax, and financial regulations.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.

- Strong finance and accounting knowledge, with the ability to handle work independently and check others' work.

- Experience guiding or supervising team members is preferred.

- Experience in real estate or construction companies is highly preferred.

- Good English communication skills to work directly with managers and the parent company.

- Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting, tax, and financial regulations.

- Good MS Excel skills; experience with FAST accounting software is an advantage.

- Careful, responsible, well-organized, and able to work well with different departments.
