Why Do We Need This Role?

We are seeking an eager and proactive Finance Process & System Consultant to drive practical improvements across Finance processes, controls, systems, reporting and automation. The role will partner closely with Finance, Technology, Risk and business stakeholders to strengthen documentation, support automation and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure key initiatives are delivered in a controlled, scalable and sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems, Automation & AI Enablement

- Lead finance system enhancements, automation initiatives and practical digital solutions.

- Identify and apply use cases for Copilot, Cursor, Agentic AI, Power Platform and analytics tools to improve productivity, reporting and decision-making.

- Translate Finance pain points into practical automation or AI-enabled solutions, including SOP/policy summarization, SAP issue analysis, reporting support and control monitoring.

- Prepare user guidance, training materials and adoption support for new processes, systems and digital tools.

2. Project Delivery & Change

- Lead small to medium Finance projects from planning through implementation.

- Manage scope, stakeholders, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

- Track benefits, adoption, and post-implementation outcomes.

Support change management activities to embed new ways of working.

3. Process, Control & Governance

- Identify, prioritize and implement improvements to finance processes, controls, and operating procedures.

- Ensure process and control updates are properly documented, owned, governed and reflected in relevant company systems.

- Support remediation of audit findings, control gaps, and process issues.

- Partner with Risk and Control stakeholders to strengthen governance and the Finance control environment.

4. BAU System & Data Support

- Support Finance users and coordinate issue resolution with Technology and business teams.

- Monitor system operations, data accuracy, system integration and reporting outputs.

- Maintain reporting solutions, process documentation, system guidance and BAU support activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance process improvement, control governance, finance systems, automation or project delivery.

- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, governance and issue diagnosis.

- Strong SAP experience is mandatory.

- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, reporting or automation tools.

- Practical AI application skills for Finance, including documentation, reporting, process improvement and control monitoring use cases.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Technology, Risk and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in finance transformation, process/control improvement and automation initiatives.

- Familiarity with data governance, system security and responsible AI practices.

- Certification in finance systems, project management, Agile or process improvement is a plus.
