1. Treasury Management

• Monitor and prepare cash flow plans, and coordinate funding sources to ensure liquidity and optimize capital utilization for the system’s business operations.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts in line with financial and business plans.

2. Banking Relationship Management

• Represent the company in negotiating with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, interest rates, loan terms, and disbursement conditions.
• Coordinate and monitor the disbursement process to ensure timely execution in line with the approved financial plan.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other credit institutions.

3. Payment Control

• Review the validity and completeness of supporting documents, payroll, accounts payable, and other payment requests.
• Submit payment requests for approval and directly execute payment and fund disbursement transactions.
• Ensure all payments comply with internal policies, approval procedures, and financial controls.

4. Document Management & Compliance

• Review and control the validity, appropriateness, and completeness of contracts, minutes, e-invoices, and other financial documents.
• Work closely with external accounting service providers to reconcile financial data, complete accounting documentation, and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Ensure periodic tax reporting, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), etc., complies with applicable regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or a related field from leading universities such as National Economics University (NEU), Academy of Finance (AOF), Foreign Trade University (FTU), Banking Academy, etc.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Management Accounting, Treasury/Fund Management, Financial Control, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of banking credit processes, including short-/long-term loans, bank guarantees, and loan disbursements.
• Basic knowledge of taxation and current tax reporting procedures and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as FAST and MISA.
• Ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.
• Strong logical thinking with excellent financial data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and external stakeholder management skill.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and business information..
• Ability to work independently and effectively under high pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and financial control.
