Maintenance & Facility Management

• Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly troubleshoot technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Handle maintenance requests from all departments.

Planning & Coordination

• Support maintenance planning and execution, including equipment monitoring and technical/incident reporting.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion.

Team Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
• Develop and maintain work procedures, forms, and checklists.

Administration & Ad Hoc Support

• Manage maintenance-related contracts and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations to identify process and performance improvements.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues outside working hours when required to ensure operational continuity.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: College diploma in Civil & Structural, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Background: Experience in Fire Safety, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Maintenance; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Language: English is a plus
