Tuyển dụng Facilities Manager tại Đồng Nai

Manage and maintain facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and technical equipment to ensure stable, safe, and efficient operations.

Plan and implement construction, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects to support company operations and business development needs.

Coordinate with related departments and contractors to implement projects in compliance with operational, environmental, and legal requirements.

Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and overall effectiveness of infrastructure improvement projects.

Prepare CAPEX proposals, budgets, reports, and project documentation for management and Group review and approval.

Participate in meetings with the Group regarding infrastructure development plans, investment projects, and system improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with the HSE department to ensure facilities and infrastructure systems comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Manage maintenance activities for facilities and utility systems to support continuous and efficient operations.

Ensure all facilities-related activities comply with legal requirements, company standards, and Group requirements.

Support risk management and emergency preparedness activities related to facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems.

Lead the Facilities team and drive continuous improvement initiatives in facilities management and operational support.

Strong knowledge of facilities management, utility systems, maintenance practices, and safety/environmental requirements in manufacturing environments.

Experience in infrastructure development, renovation, CAPEX projects, contractor management, and system improvement initiatives.

Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, cost control, and project execution effectively.

Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and present projects for management and Group review and approval.

Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to participate in meetings with the Group. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
