·         Actively execute fabric and accessory purchasing orders, ensuring accurate quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines are communicated to suppliers.

·         Coordinate and monitor external fabric testing, ensuring all materials meet strict buyer compliance and quality standards.

·         Assist in comprehensive costing processes for all purchasing items, supporting the senior team in maintaining profit margins.

·         Provide dedicated support for Sampling and PDD/PD activities to guarantee material availability.

·         Manage logistics and shipping documentation meticulously, ensuring raw materials clear customs and reach the production facility on schedule.

·         Support bulk production management by monitoring raw material readiness and promptly addressing any delays or discrepancies.

·         Handle intricate fabric development tasks, including requesting swatches, coordinating lab dips, and tracking strike-offs for buyer approval.

·         Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, QA, and Production) to resolve day-to-day troubleshooting issues efficiently.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·         1-3 years of proven experience in fabric sourcing at a garment vendor is highly preferred. The minimum required experience for each rank is defined in accordance with company guidelines.

·         Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or College.

·         Excellent English proficiency (4 skills) for daily business communication.

·         High computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel advanced).

·         High sense of responsibility, exceptional teamwork, and outstanding communication skills.
