1.Customer Development:

• Advise and leverage existing customer data, negotiate and close sales deals, and sign contracts.
• Expand and approach new potential customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company’s business targets in each phase. Order

2. Management & Follow-up:

• Prepare sample orders as per customer requirements; monitor and supervise sample orders to ensure quality before sending to customers.
• Provide the production department with detailed requirements on quality and specifications for each order; regularly follow up and monitor order progress.
• Manage customer orders and contracts from initiation to shipment.
• Handle and resolve issues related to product quality, specifications, and delivery risks.
• Propose new ideas to improve and develop work efficiency.
• Coordinate with the documentation team to prepare export documents for customers.
• Support in hosting and working with foreign business representatives visiting the company.

Time: Mon - Fri / 8:00 - 17:00
Sat: 8:00 - 12:00

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, B2B Sales or related positions.
• Good understanding of international trade and export procedures.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and customer development skills.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to independently develop customers and follow up international orders.
• Experience in agricultural products, commodities, food ingredients, trading or export business is an advantage.
