• Take brief from client
• Brainstorm ideas and take part in writing proposals
• Prepare master timeline after checking Production & Design’s internal timeline
• Support Project Leader to make quotation
• Prepare a checklist based on quotation’s items
• Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
• Work closely with the project team to ensure client’s satisfaction
• Lead some parts of event execution assigned by Project Leader
• Prepare final report to client after projects
• Do paperwork exactly and timely (contract, payment, etc.)
• Report to Account Manager on a weekly basis
• Other tasks assigned by Account Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College degree or higher in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration.
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar position in event agency.
• Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative.
• Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in MS Office, Internet and some popular AI tools.
• Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at high level.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
