• Deliver English lessons for E NEXT’s Enhanced English Program at assigned public schools, using E NEXT’s specialized materials designed to supplement the national English curriculum.
• Implement lessons using the Pre-While-Post framework and Task-Based Approach to encourage active student participation and practical language use.
• Review the provided lesson plans and teaching materials in advance, and prepare appropriate classroom activities based on students’ levels, needs, and learning characteristics.
• Adapt teaching methods to students’ levels, needs, learning styles, and interests.
• Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Communicate regularly with E NEXT’s Learning Management Department and school administrators to support student progress and address academic or classroom concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, training workshops, and school-wide events as required.
• Support extracurricular activities such as English clubs, school competitions, community projects, or other enrichment programs when applicable.
• Fulfill other professional duties assigned by E NEXT management or school leadership.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Pedagogy, English Linguistics, or a related educational field.
• Possess a valid teaching certificate such as TESOL, TKT, or a government-recognized pedagogical certificate.
• Have at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in public schools or school-link programs.
• Demonstrate excellent English proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.5 (or an equivalent international certification), along with clear and accurate pronunciation.
• Be proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance lesson planning, classroom engagement, assessment, and administrative efficiency.
• Have a strong repertoire of age-appropriate games, classroom activities, and learner-centered teaching methodologies to create engaging and interactive lessons.
• Bring high energy, patience, and strong skills in managing large classes of young learners.
• Maintain good daytime availability during weekdays (Monday to Friday) to align with standard K–12 public school timetables.
• A Master's degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field is an advantage.
