• We are seeking an experienced Civil & Architecture (C&A) Engineer to manage on-site construction activities for our new artificial graphite manufacturing plant in Vietnam.
• This role will play a critical part in coordinating with EPC contractors, ensuring construction quality, and executing this greenfield project successfully.
• Work location: Thai Nguyen – Song Cong II Industrial Park (SC2 IP)
• Key Responsibilities
• Support the full-cycle construction process for the new plant to ensure successful factory setup.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary construction permits, site inspections, and regulatory approvals.
• Review and comment on Civil & Architecture drawings and engineering documents provided by EPC contractor.
• Prepare regular site progress reports and proactively identify potential risks or delays to the management team.
• Manage daily site operations and field construction to ensure progress meets the project schedule.
• Perform quality inspections (QA/QC) for civil and architectural works to ensure compliance with standard.
• Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with Vietnamese local regulations and safety standards.
• Act as a key coordinator between the local site team, EPC contractors, and HQ.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and architectural construction management.
• Strong experience in new factory setup or greenfield projects.
• Strong experience in factory setup or greenfield projects is highly preferred.
• Solid ability to review EPC construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant construction management software.
• Good command of English (mandatory); Korean language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and on-site problem-solving skills.
