PURPOSE
Partner with the EHSS Manager to develop and execute a risk-based EHS improvement agenda, while independently leading assigned safety, occupational health and security activities. Build department ownership, strengthen critical risk controls and team capability, and turn legal and PVM requirements into measurable, sustainable improvements that support business continuity.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. STRATEGY, POLICIES, STANDARDS &... • Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, safety engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering or a related discipline. • At least 5 years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing, with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional improvement programs and people development. Preferably at least 2 years supervising an EHS team. FMCG/food manufacturing or multinational experience is preferred. •...Yêu cầu công việc
