• Oversee academic quality and curriculum standards across the center
• Manage and support the teaching team (foreign and Vietnamese teachers)
• Ensure teaching records and classroom operations comply with Department of Education (Sở GD&ĐT) requirements
• Act as the escalation point for parent feedback and concerns
• Track student progress and learning outcomes
• Report directly to the founding team

• Open to candidates of all nationalities. Foreign applicants must qualify for a Vietnamese work permit under current labor regulations (typically a bachelor's degree or higher plus at least 3 years of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (education, English/pedagogy, or a related field)
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in academic/training management or senior teaching at a language center — applications without management-level experience will not be considered
• Strong English proficiency, equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or a comparable international certificate
• Strong people-management, problem-solving, and communication skills
