About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 Business Consultant, you will work with customers to understand how their businesses operate, analyse requirements and help design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

This recruitment pathway is open to both graduates and experienced professionals. Based on your education, business knowledge, experience, strengths and career interests, you may be assigned to the solution team where you can contribute and develop most effectively.

You will participate across the project lifecycle, from discovery workshops and solution design through configuration, testing, training, go-live and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Participate in discovery and requirement workshops with customers and project stakeholders.
• Understand, analyse and document business processes, operational challenges and solution requirements.
• Prepare process documentation, Fit/Gap assessments, functional requirements, solution designs and other project deliverables appropriate to your level.
• Design practical solutions using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power Platform capabilities.
• Configure and validate business applications in line with approved requirements and implementation standards.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, user guidance and training materials.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
• Support data preparation, template validation, migration checks, reconciliation and cutover readiness where relevant.
• Deliver demonstrations and end-user training, and support go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, technical consultants and developers.
• Identify delivery risks, scope concerns and process improvement opportunities, and raise them clearly to the project team.
• Continue building business, industry and Microsoft technology knowledge through project work, internal learning and certification.

Your Skills and Experience

What We Are Looking For

We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates. Prior Dynamics 365 experience is not required for graduate applicants. We look for consulting potential, business understanding, learning agility and a genuine interest in using technology to solve business problems.

• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Interest in business processes, enterprise systems and digital transformation.
• Clear communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to organise information and produce clear documentation.
• Curiosity, accountability and willingness to learn new industries and technologies.
• Good written and spoken Vietnamese and professional working English.

Educational Backgrounds We Welcome

• Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Business or E-commerce.
• Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Analytics.
• Human Resource Management or other relevant business and technology disciplines.

Candidate Profiles

Fresh Graduates and Entry-Level Candidates

No prior Dynamics 365 experience is required. Fresh graduates should demonstrate analytical thinking, sound business fundamentals, communication ability, learning agility and a clear interest in consulting and enterprise technology.

Experienced Candidates

Relevant experience may include business analysis, consulting, ERP, CRM, HRM, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales operations, customer service, process improvement, data analysis, enterprise software support or system implementation.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX or Power Platform.
• Experience in consulting, system integration or project-based delivery.
• Microsoft certifications or relevant business and technology certifications.
• Experience with data migration, testing, training, reporting, integration planning or application support.
