Key Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop & Shopee Operations: Set up and manage TikTok Shop and Shopee stores, including product listing, campaign setup, and daily operations
• Content Creation: Produce short videos (Reels/TikTok) and photos using CapCut, Canva, AI tools
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts – content calendar, posting, captions, engagement tracking
• Model Coordination: Manage in-house model schedules, brief them on content requirements, ensure timely delivery of videos and photos
• Quality Control: Review model content, provide feedback, maintain brand consistency
• E-commerce Support: Product listing, campaign setup, and basic Shopify / TikTok Shop / Shopee operations
• Overseas Marketing: Support marketing for US and international markets – campaign setup, content localization, performance tracking
• Campaign Support: Ad-hoc marketing campaigns and reporting as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media – experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee is a MUST
• Must know how to set up TikTok Shop and Shopee stores from scratch
• Must provide portfolio or proven track record of previous successful work (e.g., store links, sales data, campaign results)
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) – you will be working with English-speaking management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) – able to show your work
• Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon is a strong plus
• Experience marketing to US / international audiences is a strong plus
• Independent, responsible, proactive – able to work with minimal supervision
