**What you'll do**

- Build and look after our network of licensed guides in HCMC and Da Nang/Hoi An

- Negotiate with transport, restaurant, workshop and activity vendors, and keep tour costs accurate

- Keep reviews high: spot problems early and fix them with guides and vendors

- Make sure every guide is licensed and every tour runs safely and legally

- Draft new tours and fix weak ones with our Business Development team

- Back up our operations team on daily dispatch and last-minute changes

Yêu cầu công việc

- Speak and write fluent English and Vietnamese

- Have 2+ years at a tour operator, DMC or tour supplier selling on OTAs (GetYourGuide, Klook, Viator or similar)

- Already know licensed guides and transport vendors in HCMC or Da Nang/Hoi An

- Can travel to HCMC and Da Nang/Hoi An every month

- Like working on your own and making decisions without waiting to be told
