WorkFlow is a fast-moving startup building Vietnam's first app/IoT-powered co-working network. As a small, lean team, we move fast and wear multiple hats — this internship is a great way to get hands-on, real-world design experience rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Design Intern to support the Marketing team across both digital and print design needs. This is a generalist role — you'll get exposure to social media visuals, ad creatives, brand collateral, and printed materials, working closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns and brand assets to life.

Responsibilities

Social & Ad Visual Design

• Design visuals for social media posts, stories, and paid ad creatives
• Support content calendar execution with on-brand visual assets
• Iterate quickly on creative based on performance feedback

Brand & Print Design

• Design and update brand collateral (POSM, signage, print materials)
• Support production-ready files for printing vendors
• Maintain consistency with WorkFlow's brand guidelines across all materials

General

• Manage multiple design requests across the Marketing team and coordinate priorities
• Organize and maintain design files in an accessible, well-structured way
• Take feedback well and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment

Yêu cầu công việc

• Currently a student or recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A portfolio is required — please include a link when applying
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Figma)
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week on-site in Ho Chi Minh City
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests at once

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for a brand's social media channels
• Familiarity with print production requirements (bleed, resolution, etc.)
• Interest in growing into a full-time design role
