OVERVIEW:

Responsible for delivering project sales targets, managing sales teams and agency channels, driving conversion performance, and upholding sales governance for Nam Long ADC’s residential portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing Planning:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across project phases (launch, sustain, closing).

• Collaborate with Sales and Research & Pricing teams to define:

o Target customer segments;

o Positioning and key messages.

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.

2. Campaign Execution & Management:

• Lead execution of marketing campaigns, including:

o Digital marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.);

o PR, KOL/KOC engagement;

o Sales events and activations.

• Manage and coordinate external agencies (creative, media, digital).

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Accountable for:

• Lead volume and quality.

• Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per conversion.

Work closely with Sales team to:

• Optimize the conversion funnel (lead → booking → closing).

• Improve sales effectiveness through targeted campaigns.

4. Branding & Content Management:

• Ensure consistency of project branding and communication.

• Oversee development of:

o Key visuals;

o Sales kits (brochures, leaflets, videos, presentations).

• Maintain alignment with overall brand guidelines.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPL, conversion rates).

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Background / Experi

Background / Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or related.

• Have at least 10 years of experience in management in Marketing.

• Preferably in Real Estate, FMCG, or Agency environments.

• Proven track record in project-based marketing from launch to closing.

• Leadership, negotiation, reporting, crisis handling.

• Mobility to travel; English preferred.
