Mission : Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will keep Atlantis Strength’s product data accurate, complete, and consistent in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, so every item, BOM, and routing is right the first time. Your role is vital in order for purchasing, production, and inventory to make the correct decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Item creation

· Create new item cards in Business Central from engineering, purchasing or sales requests, completing all required fields (description, unit of measure, item category, costing method, replenishment system, posting groups, dimensions, lead times).

· Assign item numbers per the company numbering convention and prevent duplicates by searching existing records first.

· Set up item variants, units of measure, vendor and customer cross-references, and item tracking codes (lot/serial) where required.

Template creation and maintenance

· Build and maintain item templates, configuration templates and related setup defaults.

BOM modifications

· Create and modify production BOMs and assembly BOMs: add, remove or replace components, change quantities, and unit of measure.

· Manage BOM versions and effective dates, and certify BOMs only after verification against the approved change request.

Routing creation

· Create and modify routings: operations, work centers and machine centers, setup, run and wait times, and operation sequencing.

· Manage routing versions and link routings to the correct items and production BOMs.

Data integrity and documentation

· Check every entry against the source document (engineering change, spec sheet, request form) before release.

· Run periodic reviews for incomplete items, missing routings, uncertified BOMs and duplicates, and correct them.

· Keep a log of changes and respond to data questions from production, purchasing and planning.

· Follow the company's master data procedures and change control process.

· 1-2 years of data entry or master data experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or ERP environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Working knowledge oof Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred)

· Experience with productions BOMs, routings, work centers, and versioning (preferred)
