• Communicate with and support international customers via chat, video calls, and online platforms.
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop new customers.
• Provide consultations and quotations, assist with order processing, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle and follow up on customer issues and complaints.
• Monitor order progress and ensure all information is updated accurately and promptly.
• Provide customer support throughout the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Good English communication skills, especially listening and speaking; able to communicate directly with international customers via chat and video calls.
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proactive, patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Monthly shift rotation is required:
• Day shift: 08:00 – 20:00
• Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00
