Customer Service (Junior) /Thuần Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng - Yêu Cầu Tiếng Anh

- Provide consultation and support to customers regarding the company’s products via email and phone calls, including communication in English with international clients as required.

- Handle and resolve complaints and customer issues and provide relevant information to the appropriate departments for complaint resolution. Record customer feedback to improve products and services.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Able to communicate in English for daily work, especially through emails; phone communication with international customers is an advantage.

- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and understanding of e-commerce operations is an advantage.

- Strong high-end customer service mindset, able to quickly and timely handle issues arising.

- Proficient in office computer skills.
