• Bachelor’s degree qualified in Engineering or Quantity surveying (QS) or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in QS with direct experience of high-end resort/hotel projects (candidates who have worked on at least 2–3 medium/large-scale resort projects are preferred).
