1. Credit Card Business (30%)

- Support the planning and execution of initiatives to grow the credit card portfolio.

- Conduct researches about customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Assist in developing plans and business strategies to drive card sales and customer growth.

2. Marketing & Partnership Management (50%)

- Plan and execute credit card promotions, acquisition campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

- Create marketing content, promotional materials, and customer communications across different channels.

- Coordinate and manage installment programs with merchants and business partners, ensuring smooth operations.

- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve business results.

3. Reporting & Additional Support (20%)

- Provide analytical and technical support when in-need.

- Broader work, non-routine tasks or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Credit Card business.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in Credit Card Product, Acquisition, Retention Marketing, or related roles.

- Experience in launching card products, executing marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, or business growth initiatives.

3. Knowledge: Good understanding of credit card products, customer acquisition, and campaign management.

4. Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Canva is a plus.

- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
