About the Role

The Creative Copywriting Executive is the voice of slimeA's campaigns and social channels for our brands.

You will turn brand priorities into ideas and copy that people stop for, share, and act on. You will own the words across campaigns and social, work with designers until the final outcome is right, and partner with the Brand Growth team and clients from brief to delivery.

This is a strong fit for a natural storyteller who understands internet culture, adapts fast to different brand voices, and cares about both creative quality and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Social Management

●​ Develop campaign concepts, key messages, and copy across integrated touchpoints (social, digital, OOH, activation, e-commerce).

●​ Own the copy for assigned brands' social channels: content pillars, monthly content calendars, and platform-native posts for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

●​ Write scripts for short-form video (Reels, TikTok), KOL/KOC briefs, and livestream flows.

●​ Track trends and internet culture, and propose real-time content ideas.

●​ Write conversion-focused copy for performance ads, display, and e-commerce listings.

●​ Review performance data (reach, engagement, VTR, CTR) and refine messaging based on what works.

Creative Coordination

●​ Partner with designers from concept to final asset, making sure copy and visuals tell one story.

●​ Write clear creative briefs, layout notes, and on-asset copy for design and video production.

●​ Review final outputs for tone, accuracy, spelling, and brand consistency before delivery.

●​ Act as guardian of each brand's tone of voice across every format.

Brand Growth & Client Collaboration

●​ Work with the Brand Growth team to turn briefs and business objectives into creative direction.

●​ Join client meetings to present ideas, explain the creative rationale, and take feedback.

●​ Handle feedback rounds and revisions within agreed timelines.

●​ Contribute ideas and copy to pitches and new-business proposals.

AI & Ways of Working

●​ Use AI writing and research tools to speed up ideation, drafting, and adaptation, with human judgment on every final output.

●​ Keep clear records of approved copy, brand voice guides, and feedback.

●​ Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.

●​ 1–3 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.

●​ A portfolio showing a range of writing styles, with clear emphasis on campaigns and social content.

●​ Excellent Vietnamese grammar and vocabulary, with the range to write from corporate to casual/Gen-Z.

●​ Professional English proficiency.

●​ Strong understanding of social platforms, user behavior, and digital content trends.

●​ Able to manage multiple brands and deadlines, take feedback well, and work in a fast-moving environment.

●​ Familiar with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
