• Play the Costing role 
• In charge of Pricing Calculation with Costing Manager’s review.
• In charge of corporate reporting.
• Assist Costing Manager with cost management and financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate accounting policies, internal controls and tax regulations.
• Assist Costing Manager in implementing financial policies, procedures and ERP systems.
• Ensure the control and management over inventory is in place and in accordance with the company policy.
• Process and finalize COGs monthly reports and provide the data for Costing Manager
• Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them.
• Prepare analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings.

- Responsible for Product Costing – Involves preparing product cost for new products on adhoc basis, regular Costing release on quarterly basis and annual revisions of costing for budget review. To support management decisions on cost with commentary and analysis of cost trend on time and cost components.
- Responsible for Monthly Analysis of Company Performance through variance analysis on efficiencies and price variance
- Responsible for Inventory review and update to management on critical areas for improvement
- Material Master Data Management – Overall ownership for PDI&I Process and ensuring updated and relevant master data availability in System
- Driving Continuous Improvements in Costing Processes for standardization and resolving cross functional issues related with Costing

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1.    Knowledge:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other closely related field required.

- 3 + year experience in costing. Experience in packaging industry is a plus.

2.    Skills:

- Excellent analysis skills

- Collaborate with multi-department team

- Familiar with Accounting software, Office software. ERP experience is a plus

3.    Personal Attributes:

- Honest, careful, fast and creative

- Accuracies, attention to details, cautious with sensitive/confidential information

 - Be able to work under highly pressure

4.    Others:

- Good at English in communication & financial reports
