1. Prepare and maintain daily business operation reports.
2. Prepare and analyze daily production reports.
3. Conduct monthly product costing analysis and cost performance reviews.
4. Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. Support management with reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis.
6. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting data.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Finance, and Operations.
8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in costing, reporting, accounting, or related functions.
