We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social media - whether that’s TikTok, Reels, or wherever people are scrolling next. If you can spot a trend before it hits your feed and turn it into something that fits our brands, you might be the one.

You will work for 2 brands: Yeshi & Matte

I/ Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Collaboration

Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop ideas that support brand objectives, campaign goals, and audience engagement across all relevant platforms.

Content Research

Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, viral formats, and audience insights to identify content opportunities that align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.

Content Planning

Plan and organize content calendar based on briefs, campaigns, product launches, always-on and seasonal activities, and business needs when required by the brief or brand.

Content Creation & Execution

• Execute high-quality content across digital platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok, Threads, Instagram and emerging channels. This includes concept development, filming, editing, and coordinating with internal teams or external creators when required.
• Content Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze content performance through regular reporting, evaluate engagement and reach metrics, identify key insights, and continuously optimize future content based on data and audience feedback.
• 1-3 years of experience in personal or professional Content Creation or Social Media Agencies
• Skilled at shooting videos & photos with phone and digital camera.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, execution and time management
• Social-nativeness: Deep understanding of social media platforms (algorithms, content formats, etc.), particularly TikTok platforms.
• Creative drive: constant creation and testing, moving fast while keeping quality high
• Experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Meticulous and well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
