Key responsibilities

Assist engagement team to provide excellent and high-quality services to our Clients, including but not limited to:

Research regulations and apply understanding of legislation to client case under guidance and instruction

Assist in preparing tax and payroll calculation, social security compliance and related advice

Interact with the Tax, Social Insurance and Labour authorities and other relevant authorities in relation to clients’ affairs and service provision

Provide administrative support for the engagements

Other ad-hoc duties as required

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Stay up-to-date on applicable regulations and best practices in personal income tax, payroll, social security compliance, labour regulations and global mobility

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in relevant subjects in accounting/finance/economics/commerce or related fields

One to two years relevant experience in either external and/or internal tax/Global Mobility Services function, Payroll/C&B

Good knowledge of labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance law and other related regulations

A good command of spoken and written English, showcased by confidence in speaking to foreigners

Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines

Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth.
