Construction Engineer (Office & Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working time: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday ~ Saturday or follow project schedule)
Work Location: HCM Office & Project Sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc. (Dynamic arrangement based on project requirements).
Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specification and quality
Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of sub-contractors
Control the safety, schedule, quality, cost and instruct Sub-contractors
Making shop drawing by AUTO CAD
Follow renovation project.
Follow Maintenance works.
Other related tasks are assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Gender: Male
Experience: 5- 10 years. At least 5 years of experience at construction site
Education: Civil Engineering (Bachelor degree)
English communication, can read and understand technical documents written in English.
Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
Having worked in Industrial project is advantage
Having worked in Japanese company is advantage
