• Research U.S. federal and state requirements and turn them into clear, practical action items. 
• Support the preparation and coordination of regulatory filings, reports, registrations, and related documents. 
• Track compliance deadlines, filing status, and follow-up actions. 
• Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission. 
• Work with Accounting, Operations and other department to collect required information. 
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess potential impact on business processes.

• Strong English reading and writing skills. 
• Excellent research and information-analysis skills. 
• High attention to detail, especially when working with deadlines, forms, data, and documentation. 
• Strong logical thinking and ability to understand complex requirements. 
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks. 

• Proactive mindset and willingness to investigate unfamiliar topics independently. 

  Nice to Have 

• Background in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 
• Exposure to compliance, audit, legal, research, or reporting work. 
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
