As an Admission and Customer Service Officer, you will be a key team member, acting as a program specialist, managing customer relations, driving enrollment targets, and supporting operational tasks to ensure a seamless experience for students and parents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct consultations in person, over the phone, and online with parents and students to understand academic needs, goals, and concerns, and recommend the most suitable educational pathway or program.
• Recommend suitable Point Avenue's programs and course and guide families throughout enrollment procedure, from first consultation to enrollment confirmation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents and students through consistent, thoughtful follow-up; ensure referrals and retention rate through trust-based relationships
• Track and manage a pipeline of prospective families, following up in a timely and personalized manner.
• Collaborate with the academic teams to ensure recommendations reflect student needs and outcomes.
• Sourced, evaluated, and cultivated strategic partnerships network with external educational institutions to co-develop and deliver comprehensive student services aligned with Point Avenue’s curriculum.
• Represent Point Avenue at school events, seminars, and community outreach activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor Degree. Any degree and/or certification in teaching, education management or mentorship is a strong plus.
• At least 2 years in educational consultation; student service or related experience. Candidate with experience in education, international schools, university counseling is a strong plus.
• Excellent English fluency in both writing and speaking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for education, youth development, and student mentorship.
• Strong understanding of parents and students, especially families with children aged 8–18.
• Ability to identify students' needs and recommend an appropriate education pathway.
• Ability to learn Point Avenue's programs, philosophy, and student development approach quickly.
