About the Role

Family Medical Practice Vietnam is seeking an experienced and hands-on Clinic Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Hanoi clinic.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in healthcare operations. The successful candidate will ensure that clinic processes run smoothly, teams are properly supervised, standards are maintained, and operational issues are identified and resolved effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily non-clinical operations of the clinic

• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments

• Supervise operational staff and support accountability in daily tasks

• Monitor service standards, organization, and execution

• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions

• Ensure procedures and internal processes are followed consistently

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to support effective clinic operations

• Support a culture of efficiency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement

• Assist management in maintaining high standards of patient service and operational performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare operations is required

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and operationally focused mindset

• Ability to supervise teams and ensure tasks are completed effectively

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good command of English
