Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Warmly welcome all clients and ensure a luxury, personalised experience throughout their visit.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations via phone, messaging apps, and in-person.
• Maintain the waiting area’s cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness.

Treatment Coordination & Sales Support

• Assist clients in understanding their treatment plans, product recommendations, and post-treatment care.
• Support doctors and consultants in guiding clients through service offerings.
• Introduce packages, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance client engagement.
• Encourage re-bookings and follow-up appointments to improve retention.

Communication & Client Relations

• Answer client inquiries about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment for feedback and ongoing support.
• Coordinate effectively with medical and sales teams to ensure client needs are met promptly.

Administrative Tasks

• Record and update client data accurately in the clinic’s CRM system.
• Support daily reports and documentation related to appointments, payments, and customer feedback.
• Assist with inventory tracking for front-desk items such as skincare products and forms.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in international hospitals, clinics, or high-end hotels.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with clients in a courteous and flexible manner.
• Fluent English communication skills (required) — able to consult and support international clients confidently.
• Knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry is a strong advantage.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment procedures, services, and processes in detail to clients.
