Tuyển dụng Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Tiếng Anh) tại Hà Nội

We are looking for a talent with the following criteria & work:

1. Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from order processing and for both import and export shipments. 

2. Ensure excellent internal and external customer service, operational accuracy, and on-time delivery. 

3. Liaise with the 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL), sales team, customers to obtain information relating to the preparation of receiving cargo smoothly. 

4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, shipment issues, and operational escalations. 

5. Monitor backlog, shipment status, operational performance, and costs; provide accurate reports to Board of Management. 

6. Coordinating with shipping lines, agents, ports/terminals, and relevant internal departments; 

7. Assisting with freight reconciliation, payments, and related administrative tasks. 

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, drive process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency. 

9. Managing and updating customer information, transport documents and data on the system; 

10. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education: College degree or higher; 

2. Experience: Minimum 02 years working in Import – Export area or minimum 01 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, maritime transportation, or logistics. 

3. Professional knowledge: Good understanding of Incoterms, Vietnam import/export regulations, international trade, freight forwarding processes, and logistics documentation. 

4. Language: Proficiency in English, including 4 skills suitable for work. Knowing Chinese is a plus. 

5. Personal abilities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong service-oriented attitude, and high execution capabilities; 

6. Personal qualities: Careful, responsible, passionate about and seriously committed to a career in logistics.
