• Participate Generate social/blog posts and articles (Produce content and collateral that supports successful sales execution) 
• Involve in social media management & reporting and analyze channel’s report 
• Managing the marketing database and email distribution 
• Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, billboard, and posters 
• Collaborate and manage suppliers, agencies, third parties and partners. 
• Involve in conducting market research, analyzing competitors, market trends (interior design related) to evaluate and develop company’s plan in terms of brand and strategy 
• Engage in team planning sessions and present updates on project progress 
• Support Marketing Manager to accomplish others assigned task 
• Develop and maintain the tracking reports of prospect database to drive a higher conversion rate  
  • Coordinate with related departments to come up with ideas for Team Building activities and internal communication of the company. 

• Other Marketing and Internal Communication activities of BONARIO: 

Implement other Communication & Marketing activities at the request of the Marketing Manager.

Education & Experience 

• Education background: Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Journalist or Marketing related fields
• At least 2 year’s experience in social content creation, especially digital content

Skills & Qualities 

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Verbal and Writing)
• Advanced computer skills and strong familiarity with the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter,...)
• Experience creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Ability to lead projects and support/manage other stakeholders through the process
• Proven track record creating various short and long-form content is an advantage
• Understanding of business challenges, buying processes and how to position solutions for senior decision-makers
• Enthusiasm, positivity and a solution-focused mentality
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the effort/time required to get the job “done right” – not “done right now.”
