OPEN POSITIONS

Sales Representative

Compensation: VND 10–30 million/month + performance bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Identify, develop and maintain customer relationships.

·       Build and maintain relationships with customers in healthcare, rehabilitation, sports medicine, sports, fitness, education and research, and related fields.

·       Consult with customers and recommend products, equipment, and solutions that meet their needs.

·       Proactively learn about products, technologies, and relevant professional knowledge to improve the effectiveness of customer consultations.

·       Plan and implement sales activities, customer development, and market development initiatives.

·       Follow the sales process from consultation, quotation, and negotiation through to contract signing.

·       Achieve assigned sales targets.

·       Coordinate with relevant departments throughout delivery, acceptance, and payment collection.

·       Provide post-sales customer care and support.

REQUIREMENTS

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

·       Candidates with at least 1 years of sales experience are preferred.

·       Experience in customer and market development.

·       College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, Sports, or a related field.

·       Proactive, energetic, with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

·       Ability to proactively develop sales plans and market development strategies.

·       Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and sales follow-up skills.

·       An existing network in hospitals, clinics, sports centers, universities, gyms, or related fields is an advantage.

·       Interest in sales, healthcare, sports, and technology.

·       Good conversational English.

WORKING INFORMATION

·       Working hours: 08:30–17:30 | Monday–Friday (1.5-hour lunch break).
